In his five years at Ignite, Jordan has worked with countless organizations of all shapes and sizes. With specific areas of focus in the non-profit, family enterprise, waterfront, automotive, homebuilding, and manufacturing sectors, Jordan is a trusted leadership and strategy advisor to some of Canada’s top business leaders.
Whether it’s facilitating the creation of strategic plans for Boards or Leadership Teams, or diving into a 1:1 coaching engagement, Jordan understands the delicate nuance of what it takes to lead a successful business in these highly disruptive times.
Following Ignite’s mantra of, “From Within”, Jordan deploys facilitation and coaching techniques that allow the leaders he works with to reframe their challenges, create their own path forward, and inspire others to support the journey.
Outside of the office, Jordan is a highly competitive rugby player, political advisor, avid hiker, and community volunteer.
Jordan currently lives in North Vancouver with his partner Hannah and their dog Levi.
