With this in mind, Ignite facilitated structured sessions with every department and all nine regional offices. These sessions were designed to ensure the strategy was both relevant to and owned by the teams responsible for its implementation.
This inclusive process embedded the strategy into the organization’s culture and operations, transforming it from a static document into a shared commitment.
The Results
The impact was immediate and substantial. By the end of 2019, the company reversed its projected loss and closed the year with $6 million in earnings. This turnaround was just the beginning.
By 2023, the company had achieved over $20 million in earnings, reflecting sustained growth driven by strategic clarity, empowered leadership, and a fully engaged organization.
