Ali is an expert in purpose-driven organizational strategy and leadership development, working with leaders of organizations across Canada to solve their most important challenges. She draws on her degree in organizational behaviour and her experience as the Chief Operating Officer of a clean-tech company, the Executive Director of a non-profit association, an Officer in the Royal Canadian Navy, and a consultant and advisor to lead clients through transformational organizational change.
Ali’s love of process and innate discipline drive her clients forward, and she’s beside them every step of the way. She brings clarity to complex situations, gives leaders the courage to change, helps teams create THEIR strategic plans, and helps them create strategic thinking throughout their organizations.
Ali earned a degree with honours in Human Resources and Organizational Behaviour from the University of British Columbia and completed Leadership Coaching training at Harvard University.
She lives in Toronto with her partner Jamie, a fine art and corporate photographer.
