Pauline Lidy

Pauline brings international and diverse experiences to Ignite. As the head of project management in a software start-up, she developed expertise in client relationship management,  time and risk management, and high-level communication skills in multiple languages. Following a passion to grow her leadership and team management skills, Pauline has been a sports coach, captain and a board member of her University’s student association. 

Pauline’s ability to read a room and between the lines enables open communication and positive conflict to foster team growth and development. Pauline majored in Sports, Culture and Events Management in Austria with an international study semester in Ghana and an entrepreneurial internship in Tourism and VIP Marketing at the Olympiastadion Berlin. She’s excited about creating unique and exceptional experiences and outcomes for clients and her team. 

When she’s not delivering for clients and the team, running our Toronto office, or thinking about how to grow and improve, Pauline is usually exploring new places, cultures, food, music, and books.
