Stephanie Mitchell

Stephanie focused on entrepreneurship, marketing, and accounting during her undergrad, pursuing an understanding of how all parts of an organization work together to advance its mission. Coupled with a passion for the business world, she cares deeply about championing others’ success.

Stephanie draws on her experience as President of Enactus BCIT, a chapter of a global non-profit that is leading change through the development of sustainable social enterprises. In this capacity, by focusing on the leadership development of each team member, she was able to lead the team to award-winning results, facilitating the accomplishment of their ambitious goals, and delivering a field-tested product prototype for their social enterprise.

When she’s not thinking about leadership and how to foster non-anxious interpersonal relationships, she’s most likely hanging out with one of her ten siblings-in-law or face-timing her nieces and nephews.
