What is coaching?
Coaching is a collaborative process that aims to close the gap between potential and performance. Through coaching, a leader uses questioning and facilitation to help their employees find their own solutions and change their own behaviours.
This session is delivered exclusively to same-organization leaders and managers who have responsibility for developing their people for improved performance.
This session is delivered in three, three-hour virtual modules for a total session time of nine hours.
